KPMG Propensity Survey Results 2021

This survey was an initiative that Cervus Private Wealth participated in as part of their membership of the Macquarie Virtual Adviser (VAN) Network, an invite-only group of high-performing financial advice businesses from across Australia. The survey was conducted by leading accountancy firm KPMG Australia.

The Macquarie Propensity Project is a proprietary quantitative research program conducted among clients of Cervus Private Wealth. The research measures how end clients perceive the customer experience delivery by Cervus Private Wealth.

The average scores shown below are based on other high-performing firms that are part of the Macquarie Virtual Adviser (VAN) Network.

Client satisfaction considers four pillars including People, Solutions, Processes and Value.

Net Promoter Score (NPS)

The Net Promoter Score (NPS) measures the loyalty of clients to a company. Clients give ratings between 0 and 10 on questions relating to “how likely would you recommend” questions.

NPS is shown on a scale of -100 to + 100. A score of 60 or more is considered an ‘outstanding’ result.
