Director and Senior Adviser (AR 1005211)Adam completed dual degrees in International Business and Commerce in Brisbane, with a major in banking and risk management. He quickly worked his way through the ranks to take a senior role at a Sydney-based brokerage house. In 2008, Adam helped pioneer the exchange-traded funds (ETF) industry in Australia and has become a contributor to the Australian Financial Review.
Specialising in investment management, Adam holds the CFP designation and has completed his Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning, specialist SMSF qualifications, and holds the highest level of derivative qualifications in Australia.

Director and Senior Adviser (AR 1005241)Ross completed a Law degree and then a Business degree at the University of Aberdeen before completion of the graduate programme at HSH Nordbank in London, England. Ross was then part of the team that established mergers and acquisitions at NAB Capital in the UK.
Ross migrated to Australia in 2007 and worked for Macquarie Bank in investment management and financial planning roles. Ross holds the CFP designation, Advanced Diploma in Financial planning and specialist SMSF qualifications, and holds the highest level of derivative qualifications in Australia.
